CBRE reports the following deal:

Berkeley Partners purchased the 411,485-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building at 333-335 Centennial Pkwy. in Louisville for $49 million from DPC Companies and Long Wharf Capital. Tyler Carner, Jeremy Ballenger, Jim Bolt, Jessica Ostermick and Jeremy Kroner represented the sellers.

Stan Johnson Co. reports the following deal:

BAF Associates Inc purchased the 10,400-square-foot property at 6000 Grant Ranch Blvd. in Littleton, currently leased to early childhood education school Knowledge Beginnings, for $2.39 million. Mike Matter and Milo Spector represented the California-based seller. Kelly Largent represented the buyer.

NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deals:

JBM20 LLC purchased 1,808 retail square feet at 5805 Independence St. in Arvada for $1.6 million from RHB Arvada LLC. Jake Malman and Evan Makovsky represented the buyer.

Kingsley Cougar LLC and Chris Humphrey purchased 2,986 office square feet at 2101 W. 44th Ave. in Denver for $1.1 million from Stephanie J. Babich. Joey Gargotto represented the buyers.

Fastly leased 15,390 square feet at 1451 Larimer St., Suite 200, in Denver. Kiley Crews and Ana Sandomire represented the landlord.

Colorado Bin Store LLC leased 15,232 retail square feet at 1200 S. Abilene, Unit B, in Aurora. Jake Malman and Sandy Feld represented the landlord.

The Maker Group LLC leased 3,000 industrial square feet at 1825 W. Caspian, Unit 2, in Englewood. Pete Wycoff represented the landlord.

CoTech LLC purchased the 6,400-square-foot office/flex building at 7076 S. Alton Way in Centennial for $1.088 million from CM Partnership. Matt Kulbe and Jeff Brandon brokered the transaction.
