Chicago-based Columbia Industrial Acquisition Company LLC purchased the 63,550-square-foot industrial property at 8644 S. Peoria in Englewood for $10 million from Englewood-based Gordon Development LLC. The building is 100 percent leased to two tenants. Tyler Carner, Jeremy Ballenger and Jim Bolt represented the seller.
