Courtyard on Vine Street LLC and William Penn Apartments LLC purchased The Arvada West Town Center, a 40,859-square-foot retail strip at 14455-14715 W. 64th Ave. in Arvada for $7.2 million from Starboard Arvada LLC. Jeff Johnson and Andrew Monette represented the buyer.
