Yours for $3.7 million: a 10,000-square-foot house on 10 acres with an RV garage.

Selling the home is Nascent Horizons LLC, an entity registered by insurance executive Gerrad Brigham, per public records. Brigham purchased the property at auction in 2017 for $2.4 million.

“It’s a really phenomenal property,” said listing agent Emily Henderson, of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. “It’s something that has a really charming, Old World European feel to it, which is unusual for the location. It’s going to appeal to someone looking for a really high-quality home but with easy access to everything.”

Henderson said the property, located at 1325 Silver Rock Lane, is a five-minute drive to I-70, an hour from skiing destinations and 30 minutes from downtown Denver.

REColorado shows that the gated 10-acre property is currently the fourth-priciest home listing in Evergreen, following closely behind a property at 577 Bear Meadow Trail, listed at $3.78 million.
