Tall Grass Holdings, LLC bought 0.85 acres at 21435 E. Quincy Ave. in Aurora from PNQ, LLC for $515,000. Steven Fletcher represented the buyer.

Centennial Collision, Inc. bought an 80,843-square-foot industrial space at 9750 E. Costilla Ave. in Englewood for $7.25 million. Jason Addlesperger, David Lee, Bill Woodward and Keith Beller represented the seller.

Component Distributors, Inc. leased 14,241 square feet of industrial space at 3963 Walnut St. in Denver. Russell Gruber and Steven Fletcher represented the landlord.

DH Northfield leased 2,908 square feet of retail space at 8316 Northfield Boulevard in Denver. Michael Lindemann and Carolyn Martinez represented the tenant.

TMMC Jones Corp. leased 1,403 square feet of retail space at 5021 S. Jellison Way in Littleton. Michael Lindemann and Carolyn Martinez represented the tenant.

Centennial State Wealth Advisors leased 2,218 square feet of office space at 5161 E. Arapahoe Road in Centennial. Peter Staab represented the landlord.

Prototerra Advisors, LLC leased 1,558 square feet of office space at 3200 Cherry Creek S. Drive in Denver. Nathan Johnson and Peter Staab represented the landlord.

Avid Racing Concepts leased 2,000 square feet of industrial space at 3300 Blake St. in Denver. Frank Griffin represented the landlord.

Briar Rose Medical Group, LLC leased 1,321 square feet of office space at 3350 Peoria St. in Aurora. Chris Nordling and John Gustafson represented the landlord.

Amerco Real Estate Company subleased 24,600 square feet of industrial space at 4744 Forest St. in Denver. Tyler Ryon and Steve Serenyi represented the sub-landlord.
