Fuller Real Estate reports the following deals:

Vue at Mile High, LLC bought a 4.3-acre site at the former Festival Shopping Center at 3200 W. Colfax Ave. in Denver from Shanghai Land Investment, LLC for $8.125 million. Bob Leino represented the seller.

Providigm, LLC leased 15,961 square feet of office space in the Stanford II Building at 8055 E. Tufts Ave. in Denver. Bob Ambrosius represented the tenant.

The Properties of Healing, LLC bought 7,722 square feet of office space at 7100 E. Hampden Ave. from Grandbois Family, LLC for $1.25 million. Bob Pipkin and Jeff LaForte represented the seller. Andrew Dodgen represented the buyer.

Concorde Place Complex, LLC bought 22,424 square feet of office space at 7208 S. Tucson Way in Centennial from Concorde Place for $2.1 million. Mike Haley and John Becker represented the seller.

X Marks the Spot, LLC bought a 6,000-square-foot industrial building at 785 S. Jason St. in Denver from Richard and Susan Paulsen for $642,600. Brian Baker represented the seller.

Gravity Aerial leased 1,720 square feet of industrial space on a 5-year lease at 5925 E. Evans Ave. in Denver. Jack Hanlon handled lease negotiations.

Tip Top Dent leased 1,720 square feet of industrial space on a 5-year lease at 5925 E. Evans Ave. in Denver. Jack Hanlon handled lease negotiations.

Project New America, LLC leased 4,782 square feet of office space on a 6-year lease at 1120 Lincoln St. Jeff LaForte and Bob Pipkin represented the landlord.

Colorado Civic Engagement Roundtable leased 2,677 square feet of office space on a 6-year lease at 1120 Lincoln St. Jeff LaForte and Bob Pipkin represented the landlord.

The Central City Opera House leased 10,000 square feet of industrial space at 4770 Forest St. in Denver. Lee Groom represented the tenant.

Transwestern reports the following deals:

Horizon Counseling Services leased 2,969 square feet of office space at Southwest Plaza at 8501 W Bowles Ave. in Littleton. Karen Clarke, Steve Markle and Heather Brooke represented the landlord.

Cherokee Street Partners, LLC bought 12,687 square feet of industrial space at 2000-2020 S. Cherokee St. in Denver from 2000 South Cherokee Street, LLC for $1.464 million. Craig Bustos represented the buyer.

Ring Central leased 19,074 square feet of office space at The Campus at Waterview at Chester Street and Nichols Avenue in Centennial.  Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord.

Barrel Roof Partners, LLC bought 10,000 square feet of industrial space at 1790 S. Bannock St. in Denver from 1790 S. Bannock St, LLC for $775,000. Craig Bustos represented the buyer.

Colliers International reports the following deals:

Mountain Man Delivery Corp. leased 110,054 square feet of industrial space at 10875 E 40th Ave., in Colorado. Tyler Ryon & Steve Serenyi represented the tenant.

Brookside Holdings, LLC bought a 9,275-square-foot office building at 2911 Walnut Street in Denver from Quadra, LLC for $3,000,000. Tyler Ryon & Steve Serenyi represented the buyer.

Liminal Developments, LLC bought a 1,875-square-foot retail building at 1445 S. Broadway St. in Denver from Good Spirits Development Co. I, LLC for $555,000. Tyler Ryon & Steve Serenyi represented the buyer.

SVN Denver Commercial reports the following deal:

X8 Brands, LLC leased 3,528 square feet of office space at 1420 Wazee St., Suite 320 in Denver. Aaron Chase represented the tenant.

Crosbie Real Estate Group reports the following deals:

Choice Modern Convenience leased 2,648 square feet of retail space at SkyHouse Denver at 1776 Broadway in Denver. Rich Hobbs, Eli Boymel and Sarah Alfano represented the landlord.

BoCo Fitness leased about 2,000 square feet of retail space at SkyHouse Denver at 1776 Broadway in Denver. Rich Hobbs, Eli Boymel and Sarah Alfano represented the landlord.

Superfruit Republic leased 1,812 square feet of retail space at SkyHouse Denver at 1776 Broadway in Denver. Rich Hobbs, Eli Boymel and Sarah Alfano represented the landlord.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

M&J Holdings, LLC leased 3,000 square feet of industrial space at 7450 E. Jewell Ave., Unit F in Denver. Greg Knott and Zach Smith represented the landlord.

Harwal, Inc. bought a 4,152-square-foot apartment building at 1601 York St. in Denver from Summit Homes, LLC for $1.6 million. Phil Yeddis handled sale negotiations.

Hainey Family Limited Partnership, RLLLP bought 37,500 square feet of industrial space at 401-403 Laredo St. in Aurora from AC Avery, LLC for $4.2 million. Phil Yeddis handled lease negotiations.

Latitude 39 Fitness, LLC leased 1,500 square feet of industrial space at 3702 Norwood Drive in Littleton. Greg Knott and Zach Smith represented the landlord.

NavPoint Real Estate Group reports the following deal:

2 Combs Enterprises, Inc. bought 3.52 acres of land at 9400 Twenty Mile Road in Parker from NexGen Westcreek Holdings, LLC for $793,881. Heather Taylor, Matt Kulbe and Anthony Damico represented the seller.

Mozart Properties, LLC bought an 8-unit apartment complex at 1475 Pierce St. in Lakewood from Pierce Street Properties, LLC for $1.35 million. Jeff Johnson represented the buyer and the seller.
