KG Highpointe Park LLC purchased the 220-unit Highpointe Park apartments at 9701 Pearl St. in Thornton for $53.6 million from Hamilton Zanze. David Potarf, Dan Woodward, Matt Barnett and Jake Young represented the seller.

Quiver Investments reports the following deal:

Pantheon Viewpoint LLC purchased the Viewpoint I and II office buildings at 7901-7921 Southpark Plaza in Littleton for $12 million from IBC Denver VII LLC. The property consists of 93,069 square feet and was 72 occupied at closing. John Witt and Ben Swanson represented the buyer.

Blue West Capital reports the following deal:

1515 Race St LLC purchased 18 multifamily units across seven buildings at 1570-1592 Meade St. in Denver for $4.17 million from 1570-1592 Meade LLC. Tom Ethington represented the seller. Scott Fetter and Joe Hornstein of Aqyre Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer.
